Kate Mote

A fifth-generation Dallasite and third generation Realtor®, Kate Mote grew up in the Park Cities and has achieved remarkable success in Dallas' most desirable and highly competitive markets. Since 2004, Kate has been recognized by D Magazine as one of the 'Best Realtors in Dallas.'  With her long-term experience and commitment to Dallas real estate, property investment and estate liquidations, it is easy to understand why.

Kate notably facilitates seamless transactions and shows incredible loyalty and discretion with her clients. It is due in part to her exceptional demonstration of high-level customer service standards.

Her entire client base stems from client referrals and personal recommendations.  The depth of Kate's networking within Dallas merges her innate ability to pair a client with the perfect property.  Many times this results in private sales.

Kate is active with the Tri Delta Alumni Group, strongly supports Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, attends Highland Park United Methodist Church, holds a lifetime membership with the Women's Auxiliary at Children's Medical Center, is a sustainer with the Junior League of Dallas, volunteers at their daughters’ school, ESD, and has single-handedly adopted the DISD elementary school, Lorenzo de Zavala (while practicing her Spanish) in Trinity Groves. 

Additionally, Kate is a recent past board member for the Fin & Feather Club of Dallas and past president of the Greenway Parks Neighborhood Association.

A Baylor University graduate, Kate, husband Clay, and their daughter reside in Greenway Parks along with their rescue Dachshund, Hope Oprah, and hunting Labrador, Pearl.
