Craig Sessions

Prior to joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Craig served as Vice President of Development at Southern Land Company, Vice President of Land Development at Prime Income Asset Management, and Senior Development Manager at Collegiate Development, encompassing over 27 years of proven local real estate and development expertise.

Successful for years as an executive in commercial real estate development, he analyzed areas for financial strength and profitability before any ground was broken. He obtained financing, and developments ensued, including multifamily and single-family developments. He also profitably renovated several homes that were deemed good investment potential. Today, Craig brings his past successes, market knowledge and analytical skills to benefit his clients.

A Dallas native and a graduate of Highland Park High School, Craig lives with his wife Jenny and three boys and is honored to serve the home buyers and sellers of North Texas.
